Enquiries and appointments

The form lets you request a reply or an appointment at your preferred branch. Sending it does not confirm a booking, reserve a time or establish a treatment plan. Our team confirms the branch, date, time, service and any preparation directly with you. Appointment reminders and replies relate to the service you requested; the form is not a marketing subscription.

Use the form for administrative information only. Do not include medical information or documents in the form or ordinary email. Clinical assessment and clinical consent take place through the clinic’s separate procedures. This website is not an emergency service.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel, contact the relevant branch as soon as possible through our contact details. Wait for confirmation of the change; another time depends on availability. Any cancellation, no-show, deposit or package conditions applicable to your booking must be explained and agreed before you commit. This website does not introduce a separate cancellation fee or notice period.

Prices and payment

Our Prices page lists service prices in Thai baht (THB). The total depends on the service, duration and any agreed additional treatment or documentation. Please confirm the current total, promotion eligibility and any package conditions with the branch before treatment. The contact form does not take payments or place an order.

The branch will confirm accepted payment methods, when payment is due, and any advance-payment requirements before you agree to a booking or package. Request clarification before paying if the charge or included services are unclear. Any refund or package arrangement is subject to the terms agreed with the clinic and applicable consumer rights.

Insurance and receipts

Insurance benefits, referrals, authorisation requirements, exclusions and reimbursement are determined by your insurer and your policy. We cannot guarantee that a particular treatment or claim will be covered. Check eligibility before attending.

Direct billing is available only where the relevant branch and insurer confirm the arrangement and any required authorisation. Otherwise, you may need to pay the clinic and seek reimbursement. Our Insurance page describes current branch arrangements; confirm them when booking.

At your request, BPC can assist with receipts, invoices and agreed claim administration. Information is shared with an insurer only at your request or with your authorisation. Clinical documents and any additional consent are handled separately, not through this website form or ordinary email.

Website information is general and does not replace an individual assessment or professional medical advice. Treatment suitability and any treatment consent are determined separately with a qualified professional. Please provide accurate contact details and do not send another person’s information without appropriate authority.

Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry data is handled, retention and your rights under Thai law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if you have a concern about a booking or these terms.
