Evgeniy Glushkov
CrossFit Coach | Strength & Conditioning | Athlete | CrossFit L2
Evgeniy is a CrossFit coach and competitive athlete with over 10 years of experience.
He has competed at the CrossFit Semifinals multiple times and has wins at the Bangkok Throwdown and Thailand Throwdown. That experience shapes how he coaches – not just getting fitter, but knowing how to perform when it counts.
Over the years, he has worked with people from different backgrounds and countries, and has been a Head Coach at CrossFit gyms. This gave him experience with all levels – from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
His approach is simple: move well first. Focus on good technique, proper preparation and training in a way that keeps you progressing without getting injured.
Working alongside the BPC physiotherapy team he helps people return to training safely and build confidence again, while still improving strength and fitness.
He works with both people coming back from injury and those who just want to get better and feel stronger.
Based in Bangkok, Evgeniy offers personal training (PT), group classes and online coaching.
Darren Liu
Elite Fitness Coach specializing in sustainable fat loss for busy professionals
Darren helps clients build strength, improve energy, and stay lean year-round using practical nutrition and habit systems that fit real life, not unrealistic plans that fall apart under pressure. His approach is built around consistency, efficiency, and long-term results, helping clients perform at a high level both in and out of the gym.
As a coach, Darren puts his body under constant physical demand, so he’s extremely selective about who he trusts for injury management and recovery. That’s why he relies on Bangkok Physiotherapy Center (BPC). Their detailed assessments, clear explanations, and structured rehab approach go far beyond quick fixes. They understand performance, not just pain. With their support, he stays injury-free, recovers faster, and continues delivering results for his clients at the highest level.
Leroy Saunders
S&C Coach | CrossFit Seminar Staff
Leroy Saunders is an elite strength and conditioning coach who specializes in developing high-performance combat athletes.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Leroy works with professional and amateur fighters across Muay Thai, MMA, and boxing, helping them build the strength, speed, endurance, and durability required for competition.
As a member of the CrossFit Seminar Staff as well, Leroy has coached thousands of athletes ranging from everyday fitness enthusiasts to elite fighters preparing for world class events.
His coaching philosophy combines strength science, energy system development, and movement mechanics to ensure athletes not only perform better, but stay bulletproof and healthy through demanding training camps.
Leroy’s work focuses on translating gym performance into real world athletic performance, helping fighters become stronger, more explosive, and more durable inside the ring.
He currently runs Fight by Design, a performance coaching platform that provides strength and conditioning coaching and programs for fighters around the world.
That’s why he trusts Bangkok Physiotherapy Center (BPC). Their approach aligns with elite performance standards: detailed assessments, a deep understanding of movement mechanics, and structured rehab that actually transfers back into training. They don’t just treat symptoms, they build resilient bodies. With BPC, he knows both myself and the athletes around him are in the right hands to stay strong, recover properly, and perform at the highest level.
Lizzie May
is a Hyrox performance and running coach based in Bangkok, helping athletes build strength and endurance without burnout.
Her journey into fitness wasn’t linear. Early on, she believed more was always better, doing high-intensity workouts daily. Progress stalled, and she struggled to build real strength or muscle. This pushed her toward structured, science-led coaching, and she now works with clients globally.
Lizzie specializes in improving running efficiency, maintaining strength, and building a strong aerobic engine while minimizing injury risk. With a background in marine biology, she takes a data-driven approach. Her philosophy has evolved from “more is better” to doing the right type and amount of training while allowing space to recover.
Recovery and injury prevention are key. Having worked with Bangkok Physio Center herself, Lizzie values trusted practitioners who keep athletes healthy and training consistently. She continues to compete in hybrid events while helping others do the same.
Jen Theeraphop
CrossFit Coach/CrossFit Athlete
I’ve been working in fitness industry for more than 8 years. I started as a personal training, helped people get healthier.
And 4 yeas as a CrossFit coach. I still help people to get healthier, but I’m also helping them to get stronger, fitter towards their goals as CrossFit athletes.
I leaned so much from my coaching experiences, and competing experiences. I’m still learning everyday. And I teach and coach through my knowledge and experiences.
One of the best experiences is that coming to BPC every week helps me to reduce risk of injury so much more than having my own mobility sessions.
And I will keep telling everyone that if you don’t have enough time, or if you have no idea about how to have good recovery. You come to BPC and let them take care of you.
Whether you’re sick or in good health,
we have the best place to assist you.
